After 22 wonderful years, Michael and Jan have passed the torch of 24 Carat Bistro to Rav and Jas, the talented family behind The Goat King.
Rav and his family's feature on BBC Two's "Recipes That Made Me, Series 1, Punjab," in 2018, showcased their famous Goat Curry and paved the way for catering opportunities and pop-ups at local pubs like The Aston Inn and The Royal Oak.
